On June 6, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony with SCTV Cable Television Company to promote media activities between the two parties and open up many job opportunities for HUFLIT students.
With the rapid advancement of technology, the media sector is becoming increasingly important to society. Therefore, HUFLIT’s media activities are one of the areas the university is focusing on promoting.
At the ceremony, the University Leadership welcomed the representatives of SCTV Cable Television Company, discussed and signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This important agreement marks the beginning of a new period of development for both parties.
The MOU Signing Ceremony is a testament to HUFLIT’s commitment in the University’s development strategy for the 2021 – 2025 period. It brings many experiences and career opportunities for HUFLIT students, as well as symbiotic values for SCTV.
Attending the signing ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Rector of the University, Mr. Ha Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of SCTV, leaders of HUFLIT departments, and leaders of SCTV departments. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan stated that this cooperation is not merely about bilateral development, but above all, it strongly promotes promotion in two crucial areas of society: education and media.
This agreement is an important event aimed at leveraging the strengths of both sides, serving as a milestone for long-term and sustainable development cooperation. At the ceremony, HUFLIT and SCTV reached agreements including: connecting training, creating internship opportunities for HUFLIT students, connecting brand communication and sharing image messages, as well as sponsoring scholarships for HUFLIT students.
