The working session provided valuable practical perspectives on Gen Z talent retention strategies, standardizing SOPs combined with personalized emotional touches, and the people-care culture of Marriott International.
On the morning of July 7, 2026, the Case Study Lab #04 project, hosted by the Center for Business Relation and Student Support (Brass Center) at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT), took place successfully at the Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection Hotel (720A Dien Bien Phu, Thang My Tay Ward, HCMC).

During the session, the hotel's Board of Directors generously shared general management perspectives along with practical problem-solving orientations following the high-end operational standards of Marriott International. The core discussions focused on 3 main groups of issues:

Timely integration of corporate data and practical business problems into syllabi and lectures.
Each working session is converted into +02 hours of professional activity for Lecturers.
