1. About the program
Talentnet Trainee Program (TTP) is a program to recruit, train, and develop young seeds in the HR Consulting field, organized by Talentnet Corporation.
Formerly the Human Resources Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Vietnam, Talentnet is currently considered a leading HR consulting company in Vietnam, with nearly 20 years of experience operating in the domestic labor market. The majority of Talentnet’s clients are multinational companies (50% of which are in the Fortune 500 list) and large Vietnamese companies.
2. TTP 2023 Recruitment Departments
TTP 2023 participants will have the opportunity to work in the most important and largest departments at Talentnet. They are:
PYR: Payroll Outsourcing
- Providing services related to in-depth payroll according to international standards
- Providing services related to Expats (visas, work permits, salary, and personal income tax)
HRO: Human Resources Outsourcing
- Providing outsourced HR services and project staffing solutions (signing labor contracts and calculating monthly payroll)
- Providing multi-position and multi-level recruitment services from Senior and below
- Providing candidate background check services
HCS: Human Capital Solutions
- Providing services for collecting and checking salary and benefits survey data from clients
- Supporting clients in using the system and generating system reports
- Supporting and advising clients on issues related to human resources management

4. Requirements
- Senior students at Universities and Colleges in HCMC or recent graduates with less than 2 years of work experience. Majors related to Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Law are preferred.
- Able to work full-time starting from the Training period (from February 2023)
- Passionate and willing to challenge yourself in the Human Resources industry
- Enjoy working with numbers, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-supportive mindset
- Progressive spirit at work
- Good English communication skills
