On the morning of January 22, 2026, the atmosphere at the Hoc Mon campus of HUFLIT became more vibrant than ever with the return of the key career-oriented event series: HUFLIT Career Bootcamp Season 5, a program that has become a solid launching pad, helping HUFLIT students confidently step into their post-Tet internships.
The Journey to Elevate Skills at HUFLIT Career Bootcamp 2026
Not stopping at a regular seminar, HUFLIT Career Bootcamp Phase 1 of 2026 is designed as a practical “boot camp”. Early on, nearly 300 students were present to participate in a closed-loop activity chain, helping to optimize their professional profile in the eyes of employers.
1. Profile Optimization through In-depth CV Review Activities
Understanding that a CV is the first “ticket” to enter businesses, the Organizing Committee collaborated with experts from Vieclam24h and experienced Mentors to deploy the CV Review activity. Here, each student’s resume was carefully reviewed and edited from layout and terminology usage to highlighting personal projects. This thorough preparation helps students let go of self-doubt, replacing it with professional CVs ready to be sent to any multinational corporation.
2. Conquering Employers through Mock Interviews with "Real Jobs"
The hottest spot of the event was the Mock Interview area. With over 240 actual job openings from 14 prestigious businesses (such as MISA, Pasona, Lotte, Concentrix…), students had the opportunity to face HR Managers directly. Tough questions and realistic hypothetical situations helped them practice courage, situational handling skills, and receive invaluable feedback that no textbook can provide.
3. Career Counseling: Clearing the Career Pathway
With nearly 150 registrations, the Career Counseling activity proved its strong appeal. Here, Mentors from the F&B, Education, Technology, and Marketing fields spent time listening to the thoughts and aspirations of each student. Sharing insights on labor market trends in 2026 and advice on choosing a suitable internship location helped students relieve pressure and clearly shape their development path after graduation.
4. Professional Profile Photography – Perfecting the Office-Ready Look
4. Professional Profile Photography – Perfecting the Office-Ready Look
Another major “plus” in Season 5 was the CV Profile photography area. To help students have the most polished appearance on LinkedIn or job applications, the program brought a miniature studio space with enthusiastic support. This was an activity warmly received by students, helping them own professional portrait photos with charisma to make a strong first impression on employers.
