On the evening of November 19, 2024, the title “Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2024” was announced by Anphabe – a consulting firm specializing in employer brand consulting, in collaboration with Intage Vietnam – a market research company, organized annually. Enterprises are evaluated based on 7 criteria: Salary – Bonus – Benefits; Growth Opportunities; Culture & Values; Leadership; Work & Life Quality; Company Reputation; Happy Workplace. Interestingly, these criteria are also exactly what Gen Z cares about the most!
What does Gen Z "like"? What do businesses "need"?
Gen Z is not only looking for a job with an attractive salary, but also desires to work in a dynamic, creative environment that encourages personal development and emphasizes work-life balance. And the businesses in the Top 100 have grasped these insights very well!
- Mental health comes first: Many businesses have focused on the mental health of their employees, providing psychological support programs, organizing recreational and entertaining activities, creating a friendly working environment, and minimizing pressure.

Website careerhub.huflit.edu.vn, the recruitment website for HUFLIT students, operating since July 2021, aims to connect internship and job opportunities between Employers and HUFLIT students. To date, HUFLIT Career Hub currently serves 5600+ Candidate accounts of HUFLIT students, 750+ Employer Accounts, and 3800+ CVs applied on the website. Notably, 62.5% is the rate of CVs receiving feedback on application status on the website.
