In a warm atmosphere, teachers and representatives of CT Group shared their concerns about the mission and aspirations of Educators and Businesses, as well as the young generation of Vietnam in the new era – a critical period of the global Industry 4.0 Revolution.
Mr. Tran Kim Chung, Chairman of CT Group, emotionally shared: “Even though I am nearly 60, I still vividly remember my childhood school days, when around November 20th, we children would brave the rain and ride our bicycles to visit our teachers with such joy. Born into a modest teacher’s family, the life of us kids back then was simple yet happy… We went through three horrific wars, and then the transition between the two millennia 2000 – 3000. And now we are witnessing something far more tremendous, which is the scientific and technological Revolution 4.0 taking place like a storm.
This revolution is very different from others because it is a revolution that changes humanity forever, capable of propelling a nation to dominance or plunging it into dependency. Either we become a strong nation or we will be dominated. Faced with such profound changes, pupils and students are the future of the nation, standing before immense opportunities and numerous challenges. Today’s mission on the shoulders of teachers is also immensely great. Not only with a kind heart, with a heart loving students, teaching pupils and students how to be human, but they must also become “supermen” to be able to lead the country to the center of the Industry 4.0 Revolution. In this journey, CT Group will not leave teachers alone; with a sense of responsibility and dedication, we wish to accompany and share with the teachers”.
Right at the program, CT Group officially announced 20 strategic cooperation programs for 2025 with the school and educational units. CT Group has allocated resources of up to 500 billion VND for the program “5-Petal Creative Embrace: CT Group – Universities – Teachers – Students – Pupils” to promote comprehensive cooperation with teachers and schools.
CT Group implements many practical support policies for teachers, creating favorable conditions for research and teaching activities. Accordingly, CT Group will sponsor research funding and provide modern spaces and equipment at the Group’s factories and research centers, creating conditions for teachers to deploy highly applicable projects and contribute to the development of science and education. The Group is also ready to connect teachers with leading industry experts, opening up opportunities to participate in domestic and international training and advanced study programs, accessing advanced global education trends.
In addition, CT Group supports teachers facing economic and living difficulties through special support policies. The Group offers preferential discounts when renting or buying apartments, offices, and services within the Group’s ecosystem.
For pupils and students, CT Group builds an intensive training program for potential student leaders, offering opportunities to participate in practical projects. At the same time, it organizes a monthly series of Innovation – Science and Technology events, combined with the Innovation – Job Festival, creating a bridge between students and practical career opportunities.
The Group will award annual scholarships to excellent students and those in difficult circumstances, supporting student clubs in entrepreneurship, technology, and social innovation. Through interactive sessions with experts, students have the opportunity to access the latest industry trends in Vietnam and the World.
