On May 9, 2023, the closing ceremony and certificate awarding for the Sales Skills Training Class was held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology. The Sales Skills Training Class is part of HUFLIT’s early skills training project tailored to business needs in 2023.
Attending the closing ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu – Vice President and Director of the Institute of Applied Research and Training at HUFLIT. Representing the training partner was Mr. Huynh Van Thanh – Deputy Director of MISA Joint Stock Company, along with representatives from the MISA partnership department.
The course had 34 trainees who are HUFLIT students, taking place from April 10 to April 24, 2023, at the 828 Su Van Hanh campus. Spanning 4 training sessions, the course content provided students with skills in creating customer impressions, presentation skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills. In addition, students practiced with the product and customer management software AMIS from MISA. Through the end-of-class assessment, 26 out of 34 trainees were certified as having completed the training course.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Huynh Van Thanh – MISA Business Deputy Director, congratulated the students who completed the course. Mr. Thanh highly praised the spirit of the students participating in the class. In addition, Mr. Thanh also expressed his gratitude to Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology for choosing MISA as a accompanying partner in the Sales training course. MISA highly appreciates the proactive diversification of organizing formats to connect Businesses and Students. He expressed the desire that the class will continue to be scaled up and MISA will continue to accompany HUFLIT in upcoming activities.
Also at the closing ceremony, 26 students received certificates of completion issued by HUFLIT and MISA, creating an advantage for HUFLIT students during the recruitment process at MISA. This also creates a potential human resource pool for MISA in the future.
Immediately after the ceremony, students who completed the course participated in direct interviews with MISA to seek job opportunities at MISA.
The Sales skills training class is part of the Early Skills Training Project according to Business Needs in 2023, implemented by the HUFLIT Corporate Relations Department.
The project aims to equip HUFLIT students with practical professional skills from Employers, helping students gain an advantage in the recruitment process later on. In addition, the demand-driven skills training course helps Employers communicate their brand to students and build a potential future workforce.
