HUFLIT Career Talks: Understand Culture – Unlock Career

As part of the activities under the HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2023, the Career Talks talk show with the message #HIỂU_VĂN_HÓA took place at 9:00 AM on April 20, 2023, providing a wealth of useful information for students in their journey to find suitable jobs. The event co-organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology and iTechwx Vietnam attracted the interest of over 400 HUFLIT students. Attending the program, students heard practical sharing from the guest speaker Mr. Tống Hữu Bảo – Recruitment Manager of iTechwx Vietnam.

The Talkshow helped students resolve questions surrounding the concept of “Corporate Culture” and other business-related issues.

Opening the Talkshow, the speaker explained the phrase “Corporate Culture” to create a foundation for students to explore different aspects of this issue more deeply.

How to research Corporate Culture at each company: According to the speaker, as a first step to understanding corporate culture, students need a certain level of understanding about the company, ranging from general information to specific details. By reading company introductions or job descriptions, students can partly understand the corporate culture of those companies and proactively prepare when participating in recruitment.
