HUFLIT Career Hub would like to announce the deletion of candidate accounts registered with student emails (@st.huflit.edu.vn) of cohort 2019 and earlier. This change aims to ensure data security and update user information on the system.
Deletion of Candidate Accounts Registered with Student Emails of Cohort 2019 and Earlier
The website CareerHub.huflit.edu.vn was launched in July 2021 with the goal of serving as a bridge and meeting place between students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) and businesses. Currently, the website serves over 6,000 candidate accounts. To register a Candidate account, HUFLIT students can sign up using their Student Email or Personal Email.
Pursuant to Notice No. 62/TB-ĐNT dated July 9, 2024, issued by Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology regarding the revocation and deletion of student email accounts of graduated and dropped-out students, the Website Administration board hereby announces the deletion of candidate accounts registered with student emails (cohort 2019 and earlier), specifically as follows:
- Applicable subjects: Candidate accounts registered with student emails (@st.huflit.edu.vn), from cohort 2019 and earlier.
- Account deletion time: From July 19, 2024.
Note:
- This account deletion will not affect previously submitted applications.
- Candidate accounts registered with student emails from cohort 2020 onwards and accounts registered with personal emails will continue to operate normally until further notice.
- If you encounter any difficulties during the new account creation process, please contact the HUFLIT Career Hub support team for detailed guidance.
What to do when your account is deleted on careerhub.huflit.edu.vn
Currently, the website does not have a user data migration feature. To continue using the services of HUFLIT Career Hub, alumni are kindly requested to follow these steps to create a new account using their personal email as instructed here, or follow the steps below:
- Access HUFLIT Career Hub: Go to the website https://careerhub.huflit.edu.vn/
- Select Sign Up / Log In: Click on the “Sign Up / Log In” button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Register: At the bottom of the login form, select “Register”.
- Select Candidate: Among the selection tabs, click on the “Candidate” tab.
- Fill in information: Complete all required personal information fields, including full name, personal email, password, and other details.
- Agree to terms: Read carefully and check the box “I agree to the Terms of Service and Data Privacy Policy of HUFLIT Career Hub”.
- Register Now: Click the “Register Now” button to complete the registration process.
- Activate account: Access your personal email to activate your new account.
Once activated, you can use your personal email and new password to log in to HUFLIT Career Hub and continue searching for job opportunities, updating your resume, and utilizing other features of the platform.
