• Business Development
  • Approach, exploit customer information, and build relationships with potential customers through channels such as: phone, email, LinkedIn,… from available data sources.
  • Participate in preparing quotations, service proposal documents, and consulting on service packages suitable to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers before – during – after the event.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team in building content and promoting company brand awareness.
  • Support other tasks as requested.
• Project Coordination
  • Work with the project manager to receive and analyze detailed customer requirements to arrange and coordinate project implementation, ensuring quality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate planning and select appropriate resources for the project.
  • Support preparing documents provided to customers and translation/interpretation.
  • Support other tasks as requested by the project manager.
