In 2022, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) implemented various methods for internship and job connection activities ranging from online to offline, focusing on enhancing the user experience. A prominent highlight was the upgrade of the website jobhub.huflit.edu.vn, which helps optimize the connection process between Candidates and Employers. Let’s review the highlights in HUFLIT’s business connection activities in 2022.
1. Upgraded job website jobhub.huflit.edu.vn
The website Jobhub.huflit.edu.vn (formerly huflitjobhub.com) was put into operation in July 2021, with the initial goal of being an internship and job portal requiring less than 02 years of experience, suitable for the 12 training majors at HUFLIT, from HUFLIT’s partner enterprises.
In May 2022, responding to user management needs and serving the University’s digital transformation goals, the website was upgraded into a job exchange platform, managing two (02) types of user accounts: “Employer” and “Candidate”. To date, the ratio of job applications (CVs) to the total published job postings has reached 72%.
Jobhub.huflit.edu.vn provides features such as access statistics, posting and managing job vacancies, managing candidate profiles, inviting applications, and creating and scheduling interviews with candidates, helping Employers optimize their recruitment process.
2. 3,000 Students participated in HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2022
The HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2022 was the largest Employer and student connection event of 2022 at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology, officially concluding with a record of over 3,000 students participating in activities at the fair, and 300 student CVs connected to Businesses through the specialized page jobhub.huflit.edu.vn/job-fair.
Spanning 20 days with numerous activities ranging from Webinars #Đilàm_Vôlo, 3 career talkshows, alongside the companionship of 32 businesses, HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2022 left many impressions and internship-job opportunities for HUFLITers as well as participating Employers.
HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2023 will take place from April 17 – 23, 2023, featuring activities such as the “Sowing Character – Seeing Work” journey; Career Talks, Booth Visits; Candidate Interviews. Businesses interested in participating, please leave your information.
3. HUFLIT is the first University to sign MOUs with many prestigious partners
In 2022, HUFLIT carried out Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremonies with 06 major partners, expanding the University’s map of Business partners. Notably, HUFLIT is the first University to become an MOU partner of MoMo, Việc làm 24h (Sieu Viet Group), Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, in 2022, HUFLIT promoted the signing of cooperation commitments for the 2022 – 2025 period between Faculties and Businesses, bringing HUFLIT’s total number of MOU partners to 52 enterprises.
HUFLIT focuses on networking activities to implement the signed contents through various programs such as HUFLIT Online Career 2021 (a webinar series providing knowledge on career trends, post-Covid-19 interview skills along with early internship opportunities at businesses; Mock interview: practice interview – real job), HUFLIT Career Talks 2022 (a dialogue series with experts and employers, introducing necessary professional certifications), Company Tours 2022 – Vlog Series (exploring interesting things about the working environment at MOMO, MISA, Ahamove, and Suzuki); HUFLIT JOB FAIR 2022.
4. Business Conference for the 2022 - 2023 Academic Year
The Enterprise Conference 2022 – 2023 & Commitment to Cooperation for the 2022 – 2025 academic year aims to create mutual value as well as bring internship, field trip, and job opportunities for HUFLIT students.
The conference took place on December 9 at the Capella Gallery Hall wedding and convention center. With the participation of 38 domestic and foreign enterprises, the conference was a success with 2 discussion sessions and more than 80 feedback contributions.
At the plenary session, the conference also witnessed the MOU Signing Ceremony for the 2022 – 2025 period between 08 faculties and 18 enterprises.
5. Diverse forms of connection with students
In 2022, offline connection activities between Enterprises and students at HUFLIT took place strongly after the social distancing orders were lifted.
- HUFLIT Career Talks 2022: a series of 8 talkshows sharing career secrets, requirements, and recruitment information of enterprises participating in the program, attracting 500 students per talkshow. Participating enterprises in 2022:
- HUFLIT Career Fair 2022: the largest Employer and student connection activity in 2022 at HUFLIT, with a record of over 3,000 students participating in activities at the fair, and 300 student CVs connected with Enterprises.

In 2022, HUFLIT continued to receive companionship from Enterprises in awarding scholarships to 50 students with outstanding academic achievements and students in particularly difficult circumstances, at risk of dropping out of school.
