When there are applied CVs, the website https://careerhub.huflit.edu.vn/ will send a notification to the Employer account’s email. We have a feature that helps Businesses notify candidates of their CV evaluation results. This helps optimize time for Employer accounts.
To check application information, please follow these instructions:
HUFLIT CAREER HUB will automatically send an email to your Business when there are CVs applied for positions posted on the platform. Please check your email to ensure you do not miss any application information.
At this point, please click Access website (at the bottom of the email). The system will redirect to the website homepage for employers to log in and proceed to check candidate CVs.
Note: In addition to sending notification emails, HUFLIT CAREER HUB will contact you via phone number 028 3863 2052 to notify you of pending applications. Please pay attention to calls from this number.
As soon as the system redirects to the website homepage, please log in to your Employer account under the “Sign Up / Log In” section.
Then, hover your mouse over [business name] (to the left of the “Post a Job” button) and click “Candidate Management”.
All application profiles are aggregated here. To make it convenient for employers, the system has pre-categorized applications corresponding to each job posting.
To view the candidate’s CV, please select the “Download CV” feature.
All submitted applications will display the pending status (as shown in the image).
After reviewing the profile, Dear Business please provide CV feedback directly on the website by clicking on 1 of the following 2 feature buttons:
a. Accept Application
if the candidate matches the recruitment requirements and has the potential to undertake this position.
b. Reject Application
if the candidate does not match the recruitment requirements.
In addition, HUFLIT CAREER HUB also provides other outstanding features to support Dear Business in contacting candidates as well as conducting recruitment interviews.
