[Intern] Junior Technician

Job Description

• Data Recording and Reporting / Data Recording and Reporting: 
  • Record and report daily electricity and water consumption accurately.
  • Document tasks performed and system incidents.
  • Prepare monthly technical reports using project templates under the guidance and review of the Chief Engineer.
• Equipment Monitoring and Operation / Equipment Monitoring and Operation: 
  • Monitor technical standards of generators and equipment. Operate generators in both no-load and load modes according to technical procedures. Record relevant data.
  • Practice ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) operation under the supervision of the Project Technician.
• Maintenance and System Handling / Maintenance and System Handling: 
  • Participate in the maintenance of MEP technical systems in common areas inside and outside the building.
  • Inspect and maintain building technical systems, handle incidents.
• Proper Storage and Compliance / Proper Storage and Compliance: 
  • Properly store equipment, tools, and spare parts after use.
  • Follow department procedures and manager’s directions.
• Legal Research and Understanding / Legal Research and Understanding: 
  • Familiarize with legal documents, certificates, inspection reports, and permits related to the MEP system.
