Job Description

• Assist the Customer Relations Specialist in searching, approaching, and caring for individual and corporate customers.
• Assist in consulting on MB products and services that match customer needs.
• Assist in collecting, checking, and completing customer dossiers according to instructions.
• Participate in activities to find new customers, develop customer sources, and cross-sell products.
• Assist in data entry, updating customer information, and performing operational tasks as assigned.
• Receive practical guidance on credit procedures, mobilization, cards, accounts, and banking products.
