Job Description
- Perform professional tasks under the guidance of a Mentor:
- Receive and process quotation requests, orders, and contracts according to internal procedures
- Notify work schedules and provide customer care via email, messages, phone calls, etc.
- Contribute ideas and improve the performance of the Customer Service Department
- Report work periodically to the Direct Manager.
