Job Description

• Search for potential customer information via Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Alibaba, import-export groups, and other suitable channels.
• Collect, classify, and update customer data into the CRM system or management file.
• Contact customers according to the assigned list.
• Introduce and consult on the Company’s services, including:
  • Vietnam – China freight transportation.
  • Customs declaration.
  • Door-to-Door shipping.
  • Sourcing services in China.
• Receive initial customer requirements and transfer the information to the person in charge of sales.
• Assist in preparing quotations according to available templates; track quotation status and update results.
• Assist in drafting contracts, quotations, and related business documents.
• Monitor order processing progress and assist in answering basic customer inquiries.
• Update information on new services to customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
