- Find and reach out to customers looking for boarding rooms/service apartments
- Post listings and acquire customers on Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and online platforms
- Consult products that match customers’ needs and budget
- Assist customers in viewing rooms, making deposits, and completing transactions
- Customer care before, during, and after the transaction
- Receive guidance on using the system and EZ HOUSE’s available project resources
