Job Description

  • Support recruitment operations: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and candidate database updates
  • Assist with onboarding preparation and welcome new hires during their first days
  • Help with office operations, including supplies, workspace, cross-team coordination, HR documents, and reports
  • Help organize internal events, engagement activities, and culture initiatives

  • Must Have:
    • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, English, Law, or a related field
    • Strong spoken and written English
    • Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or people operations
    • Proactive and people-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
    • Organized, with clear and structured thinking
    • Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and willingness to use them in daily work, with awareness that human judgment is still needed
  •  Nice to Have:
    • Creative mindset, enjoys finding better ways to get things done
    • Experience in clubs, events, or team-based projects
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other productivity tools
