Job Description
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Support system upgrades, patching, and configuration tasks
- Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues across departments
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Participate in infrastructure automation and scripting tasks
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure security and compliance standards are met
- Provide technical support to internal users when needed

- Qualification: College/University
- Major: Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field
- Commit to 6 months internship with full-time work
- English reading skills (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent)
