Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and analyze online environments, including websites, domains, social media platforms, and online marketplaces, to identify potential digital threats
  • Identify and investigate phishing activity, impersonation, counterfeit listings, trademark misuse, and other forms of online abuse
  • Validate and classify identified threats based on defined criteria and internal guidelines
  • Collect and document supporting evidence, including URLs, screenshots, and relevant technical indicators
  • Record investigation findings and case details within internal systems
  • Produce structured, consistent, and measurable investigation outputs for each identified case
  • Escalate validated cases through defined workflows for further handling and action by the parent company outside Vietnam
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of investigation outputs in line with established standards
  • Maintain awareness of evolving online fraud patterns, infringement trends, and digital threat methodologies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of investigation processes and data quality

Key Output 

Structured and documented digital risk intelligence outputs, including validated threat cases, supporting evidence, and classification data, submitted through internal systems and constituting completed service deliverables provided to the parent company

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (technical or analytical orientation preferred).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Proficiency in web-based research tools and office applications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong English reading and listening skills; basic speaking ability is acceptable.
