Job Description

As an IT GRC & Security Intern, you will work closely with the team to support our security program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and formatting Information Security documents, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Supporting the tracking and follow-up of security controls with relevant departments.
  • Assisting in compiling and consolidating the Information Security risk profile.
  • Supporting the tracking of action plans and remediation activities following internal or external audits.
  • Supporting the organization of Security Awareness programs for employees (e.g., preparing content, conducting phishing simulations).
  • Assisting in reviewing user access rights across various systems.
  • Performing administrative tasks for the department, such as document issuance, document management, audit evidence collection, and other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • 3rd-year, 4th-year student in Information Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operating Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from University
  • Basic understanding of Information Security concepts (e.g., Malware, Phishing, Access Control, Encryption, Firewalls).
  • Excellent attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, careful, meticulous, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good reading comprehension of technical English documents.
  • Logical and systematic thinking.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):

  • Basic knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or PCIDSS.
  • Basic certifications in networking or security (e.g., CCNA, Security+) are a plus
