Mô tả công việc

  • Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
  • Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental events, and support event reception.
  • Support analysis.
  • Translation.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Study in Real Estate, Finance, Economics (3rd year or 4th year student).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Good at Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
  • Strong understanding of market research and market analysis, analytical and report writing skills.
  • Possess a Growth mindset, be result-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, creativity, and ability to work independently
