Mô tả công việc
- Translate relevant documents and provide verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English;
- Support internal communication between the Japan Desk and professional teams in managing recurring clients;
- Carry out general administrative and secretarial duties as and when required;
- Assist with certain bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks;
- Handle invoice filing, invoice verification, invoice issuance, and preparation of payment request forms;
- Review expense reimbursements in accordance with client policies and Japan’s Invoice System requirements;
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Excellent Japanese language skills in writing, speaking, and listening (from N3 level and above);
- Good communication skills in English;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Working experience in a Japanese company or Japan Desk is a plus;
- Accounting and tax knowledge is a plus;
