Job Description

  • The position shall be a key individual contributor to the execution and continuous improvements of operations in Vietnam, working closely with operations leaders to manage local operations, onboard and work with large enterprise customers, escalate blockers, and drive impact.
  • In a small and fast-moving team, this is a hands-on role where the Specialist will do everything to ensure customers are onboarded rapidly, daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high bar for quality.
  • Be accountable for execution of daily operations — no task too small nor too big.
  • Contribute to customer onboarding efforts and coordinate with engineering, product and sales colleagues to ensure customer success.
  • Manage customer master data, with Excel, SQL and Python used liberally to supercharge efficiency
  • Take charge of operational exception handling, escalations, and incident response.
  • Own KPIs and use data to troubleshoot and improve daily performance.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects that will propel the company’s growth in Vietnam.
  • Communicate clearly across our global teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

  • Top graduating students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT and other closely related disciplines.
  • Full proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python / Pandas / Numpy.
  • Crystal-clear communicator in both English and Vietnamese.
