As a Business Development Trainee, you will learn and support the sales process while building a strong foundation in B2B business development.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support in market research and identifying potential clients (Chinese entities focus)
Assist in lead generation activities (calls, LinkedIn, networking events) under guidance
Work closely with senior team members to understand client needs and business requirements
Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations
Join client meetings (when applicable) to learn the end-to-end sales process
Assist in maintaining and updating sales pipeline and client database
Ensure seamless transition and handover to Operations team
Cross-selling of other Adecco services

Final-year students or fresh graduates (≤ 2-year experience) who can commit to working full time from June 2026
Chinese proficiency (HSK5+ or equivalent preferred)
Pro-active and proficient in written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
High sense of service and business acumen
Interested in HR services or Sales B2B (BD)/ Sales Services
Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
Familiar with MS Office and social network

Program duration: 6 months (full-time traineeship with opportunity to convert to permanent role)
