Mô tả công việc

  • Handle customer inquiries about office rental via hotline, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide consultation, send brochures, images, and quotations for shared office spaces at the company’s projects (District 1, 2, 12…).
  • Schedule and support customer visits to the office spaces.
  • Coordinate with the Community team to prepare the space and assist with office handovers.
  • Draft contracts and appendices based on customer requirements.
  • Track contract signing progress and support issue resolution during service usage.
  • Manage and store customer documents accurately.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude
  • Hardworking, proactive, and not afraid of challenges
  • Confident in communication and customer consultation
  • Basic skills in deal closing, negotiation, and customer service
  • Able to write professional emails
  • Strong English skills, especially in speaking
  • Preferred: students with experience studying abroad, or working in Real Estate or Hospitality

  • Mondays – Fridays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays 8:00AM – 12:00PM
