Job Description

  • Serve as a local point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
  • Provide step-by-step training for end users and document internal procedures
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, including data security and access control.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company’s IT environment.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant majors
  • 1-2 years of IT-related work experience (IT Helpdesk/IT Support)
  • Knowledge of IT operating systems, mainly Windows (Linux knowledge is an advantage)
  • Experience in network management and help desk support
  • A person with smooth communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly
