Mô tả công việc

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on information related to business operation and giving advice to the concerned parties;
  • Checking with authorities on the application of the laws in practice;
  • Advising on legal matters relating to the business activities of the Company;
  • Drafting and/or reviewing various business related agreements, contracts, documents on a day-to-day basis for the business operations such as vendor agreements, supply agreements, credit facility agreements;
  • Drafting correspondence and other legal documents (English and Vietnamese) as per requested basis;
  • Drafting application dossiers and conducting the procedures relating to the Company Projects and corporation documents.
  • Performing other professional jobs as assigned;
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Good command of English.
  • Bachelor of Law, obtaining Certificate of Law Practice or at least passed the law exam.
