  • La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – M Gallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is looking for energetic, service-minded, and eager-to-learn individuals for the position of F&B Intern.
  • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a luxury beachfront resort environment, supporting the Restaurant team in delivering high-quality dining experiences. You’ll be part of the team that brings warmth, elegance, and attention to detail to every guest interaction.
  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner.
    • Present menus, explain items, and assist guests with their orders.
    • Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and guest expectations.
    • Set up and clear tables before and after service.
    • Assist in preparing service tools and replenishing supplies (e.g., condiments, napkins).
    • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
    • Collect guest feedback and promptly inform supervisors of any concerns.
    • Follow food hygiene, safety, and service procedures at all times.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Management, or related fields.
  • Good communication skills with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Basic English communication is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
