  • La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Interns to join our culinary team.
  • This is a great opportunity for students who are passionate about cooking and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional luxury resort environment.
  • As a Kitchen Intern, you will work closely with our experienced culinary team, learn professional kitchen operations, and develop your culinary skills while experiencing the unique culture and hospitality of MGallery.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Assist the culinary team with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
    • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
    • Support the Chef and kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
    • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients.
    • Assist with kitchen cleaning and maintaining an organized working area.
    • Learn and follow professional culinary techniques and hotel standards.
    • Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Management.

  • Students currently studying Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • Passionate about cooking and interested in developing a career in the hospitality industry.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and eager to gain practical experience.
  • Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.

    • For 3 months: Support 2 mil per month
    • From up to 6 months: Support 3.5 mil per month

Thời gian làm việc
  • 8 hours per day
  • 1 day OFF per week
