Job Description

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Be the champion of our team spirit! You’ll be the key to shaping a vibrant and positive workplace. Your mission will be to create a memorable onboarding experience for new hires and to plan engaging events (from team lunches to company-wide activities) that keep our culture thriving.
  • Office Operations: Be the champion of our workspace. You’ll support HRM to manage the day-to-day office needs, liaise with vendors, and implement new ideas to make our office an amazing place to work.
  • Supporting other topics that the line manager assigns

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is a must-have, as it's our daily office language.
  • A final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern software tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • A proactive self-starter who is excited by the challenge of a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn.
