About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will support the consulting team in sourcing, assessing, and engaging with potential candidates. This role provides hands-on experience in the executive search and recruitment industry, offering valuable exposure to client service, candidate management, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
- Support in market mapping and talent research for different industries.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries for consultants and team leads.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- English proficiency is a plus
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, or consulting.
