Job Description
JOB PURPOSES:
Customer Service Intern will be responsible for the supporting of end-user on using HR systems through phone, email, and web services on a daily basic. Works under supervision of the team leader to produce services correctly and in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with team members and other departments.
- Support users to use HR systems through phone, email, and web services.
- Create and maintain user manuals
- Assists in testing and implementation of HR system function.
- Provide customer satisfaction in the area of support service, in a timely manner.
- Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by line manager.
- Participate in seminars for regulations/knowledge update.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- 3rd or final year student from university majoring in Economics, Human resource, Information System/IT is preferred. The expected graduation date should be after June 2026
- Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
- Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to multi-tasks, attention to details.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet browsers.
- Good English in written and verbal communication.
