The Marketing Admin supports the Marketing team in executing administrative tasks, coordinating familiarization trips (fam trips), assisting with travel packages, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring timely updates across platforms. The role helps maintain smooth operations and contributes to overall efficiency and brand visibility.

Fam Trip Coordination
- Support planning, logistics, communication with suppliers, and documentation.
- Assist with booking, guest communication, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Ensure timely preparation of itineraries, proposals, confirmations, and post-trip feedback collection.
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Collect and organize photos/videos from events or fam trips for social sharing.
- Support updates on company platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Travel Package Preparation
- Prepare pricing and itineraries.
- Provide administrative support in creating proposals and marketing versions.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with supplier communication and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design or email marketing tools is a plus.
