• CV Sourcing: Actively find suitable candidate sources and collect CVs for the company’s recruitment projects.
• Job Posting: Write and post job openings on recruitment channels; reach out to potential candidates.
• Initial Screening: Check information and evaluate the initial suitability of applications.
• Application Tracking: Summarize the quantity and quality of daily CVs, and update recruitment progress.
• Process Support: Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the onboarding process when an applicant is accepted.
