1. Account Registration & Profile Completion

An Employer account and a well-prepared Company Profile are the first steps to build trust with candidates.

Account Registration

Visit the Career Hub website and select "Register / Sign In", then select "Register".

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Remember to select the correct Employer tab on the registration form.
  • Fill in all basic information and representative details.
  • Square logo required (minimum 600x600px).
  • Check your email to click the verification link (Approve URL).

Complete Profile

Mandatory completion of at least 70% of information before posting a job.

  • Go to "Company Profile" under your account name.

  • Add: Contact, Address, Company Description, Office Photos.

  • Don't forget to include Website, Fanpage, LinkedIn links.

  • Turn on the "Show profile" option so candidates can find you.

2. Job Posting & Management

Standard Posting Principles

Job Title & Field

Use lowercase for the title, up to 60 characters. Choose the field that accurately describes the job nature.

Salary

Enter the amount per Month (VND). If paid hourly/by shift, specify clearly in the "Perks" section.

Tags & Address

Select all applicable tags (Full-time, Intern...). Enter the exact work address.

External Application Link

Do not require candidates to submit CVs via external forms/links outside the system.

Track Job Status

Manage in "My Jobs":

Preview

Newly drafted job, not yet submitted for approval. Click Submit Job.

Pending

Waiting for Admin approval (within 24 hours, excluding Holidays/Tet/Weekends).

Published

The job is displayed on the website, ready to receive CVs.

3. Receiving & Managing Candidates

Fast and professional application processing workflow.

1. Receive Notifications

Receive notifications via Email. In particular, HUFLIT Career Hub will send notifications via ZALO OA to remind you when there is a new CV.

2. View CV

Go to "Candidate Management". Profiles are categorized by position. Click "Download CV" to view details.

3. Feedback

Update the status to Accept or Reject directly on the website to transparently notify candidates of the results.

Chat quickly with candidates right on the platform.

Interview Scheduling

Schedule appointments and the system will automatically notify candidates.

Invite to Apply

Proactively search for potential candidate accounts and send invitations.

6. Troubleshooting Common Issues

Missing job posting/CV viewing features?

Cause: Forgot to select the "Employer" tab during registration.

Solution: Select "Delete account" in the personal menu. Then register again and select the correct tab.

Why is job approval taking so long?
  • Quota exceeded: Regular businesses (non-MOU) get 1 free job post/month.
  • Incomplete profile: Company profile has not reached 70% information completion.
  • Vague JD: Lacking clarity or requiring submission via external links.
