On the morning of October 4, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages – Information Technology (HUFLIT) coordinated with Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company to successfully organize the Jaxtina Full English Course Scholarship Award Ceremony and HUFLIT Career Talks #15 with the theme “Impressive English Presentation Skills – Speak to Inspire, Present to Lead”. The event attracted the participation of nearly 400 HUFLIT students.
Scholarship for K30 Freshmen marks the cooperation milestone between HUFLIT and Jaxtina
This event marks 02 years of cooperation between HUFLIT and Jaxtina Education Joint Stock Company in Welcome Kits activities, awarding 02 full English course scholarships worth 70 million VND/grant to the two University Valedictorians of 2024. This is a well-deserved reward for relentless learning efforts, and at the same time a great source of encouragement helping the two students to continue pursuing their passion for conquering English. The Jaxtina scholarship opens the door to an international learning environment, equipping them with solid knowledge and skills for the future.
HUFLIT Career Talks #15: "English Presentation Skills - Speak to Inspire, Present to Lead"
Continuing the program was the HUFLIT Career Talks #15 sharing session with the theme “Impressive English Presentation Skills – Speak to Inspire, Present to Lead”. Ms. Huynh Tam Nguyet Anh, a lecturer at Jaxtina English Center and also the speaker of the program, shared valuable secrets and experiences on the art of presentation, helping students:
- Building an impressive presentation: Choosing a topic, organizing logical content, and using visual aids effectively.
- Practicing presentation techniques: Adjusting voice tone, body language, eye contact, and audience interaction.
- Building confidence: Overcoming stage fright, and expressing oneself in a professional and persuasive manner.
HUFLIT Career Talks No. 15 has truly “sown the seeds” for future leaders, equipping students with English and presentation skills to confidently reach for success.
The combined event of the Jaxtina Scholarship Award Ceremony and HUFLIT Career Talks No. 15 has successfully concluded, leaving many deep impressions on the students. This was not only an opportunity to honor the 02 Valedictorians of the University who received valuable scholarships, but also a chance for attending students to hone their English presentation skills, develop themselves, and prepare for future challenges.
