I graduated from the University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) with a major in Business English. I have 3 months of internship experience as a Program Consultant at Everest Education and 7 months working as a Customer Service staff at Sylvan Learning Center.
Through these experiences, I learned how to communicate effectively with parents and students, handle customer requests with care, and support consultants in preparing study materials. I also became more confident in organizing schedules, solving problems, and ensuring that every customer receives helpful and friendly service.
