My name is Ngo Hoang Ngoc Phuc. As a third-year student majoring in International Business at the University of Foreign Languages ​​and Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City. As a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible individual, I am eager to contribute to the company’s operations and improve its efficiency. Although I have no experience working for companies, I believe that my part-time experience at Nhu Quynh Milk Tea has equipped me with the necessary skills for this position. The fast-paced environment of the milk tea shop required me to manage multiple orders efficiently, developing my organizational and time-management skills, which are directly applicable to coordinating logistics operations. My current GPA is 2.63/4. Although my GPA is not too excellent, I am committed to continuous learning and am eager to apply my knowledge in a practical setting. I have also achieved MOS IT certification, specifically Word (975/1000) and Excel (963/1000), demonstrating my ability to proficiently use office IT tools necessary for administrative management work. Currently, I do not have an English certificate, but I am studying and am always trying to get a TOEIC certificate soon. After achieving a TOEIC English certificate, I will also try IELTS, or learn another language. I always try to make an effort and improve myself every day.
