- Find candidates for client companies through sources such as Facebook, Linkedin,... - Contact candidates and support them throughout the application process (schedule an interview,...). - Import candidates' data into the internal system. - Translate jobs received from clients to Vietnamese. - Training for part-time employees and interns at the company. - Build a marketing strategy to promote the company (Facebook group achieved 2,700 members in 2 months, Linkedin reached more than 500 connections in 4 months). - Design, write content, run ads on social networking sites. - Send email marketing to candidates and customers. - Propose and implement a plan to create a new website for the company. - Report and perform other tasks under the direction of the Japanese director.
- Find and match candidates with suitable job positions. - Design images, post jobs information to Facebook, Linkedin, CareerLink... - Support searching for information about candidates.
