  • La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Intern to join our elegant beachfront retreat.
  • As a Reservation Intern, you will support our Reservations team in creating seamless booking experiences and providing personalized service to future guests. You will play a key role in the guest journey before their arrival – ensuring every detail is cared for with warmth and professionalism.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Assist in handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.
    • Enter and update guest booking information into the resort’s reservation management system.
    • Confirm bookings, send reservation details to guests, and provide pre-arrival information.
    • Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales departments to ensure smooth check-in and guest experience.
    • Support in managing group bookings and special requests.
    • Provide information about room rates, availability, resort facilities, and promotions.
    • Help solve booking-related issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Hospitality or tourism major (or a related field)
  • Passionate about guest service and hotel operations
  • Good communication skills, with basic English proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Internship duration: minimum 3 months

    • For 3 months: Support 2 mil per month
    • From up to 6 months: Support 3.5 mil per month

Thời gian làm việc
  • 8 hours per day
