Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic requests (Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printing, etc.)
- Support daily operations and ensure the center is ready for customers
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and packages
- Provide administrative support and update records when required
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment
- Assist in organizing community events and customer engagement activities

About the role
We are looking for a Community Associate Intern to support daily operations and deliver excellent
customer experience at our workspace center. This role offers hands-on experience in customer
service, administration, and community engagement within an international working environment.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill. Happy taking ownership of problems and
finding ways to solve them - English language is preferred
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
