Job Description

Internal Communication and Employer Branding (40%):

  • Assist with creating contents/ materials for various HR initiatives, including internal channelposts, social media posts, employee newsletters, HR training materials, job posts etc.

Employee engagement (40%):

Assist with executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, sportscompetitions, recognition programs, and employee surveys.

HR Support (20%):

  • Support implementation of training and development programs such as sharing sessions,workshops, internal/external training courses and onboarding training sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry,scheduling, and filing.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • Fresh graduate or final year university students in major: Human Resources,Communications, Marketing, or related majors are preferred;
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-tasks;
  • Ability to create content;
  • English require TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Offices and Google Workspace;
  • Can-do attitude, eyes for detail and improvement mindset.

Nice-to-have (great advantage):

  • Experience in recruitment sourcing and employer branding;
  • Familiar with design web applications, such as Canva;
  • Content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Working time: 8:00 am to 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri
  • Contract duration: 6 months
