Job Description
- Serve as a local point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
- Provide step-by-step training for end users and document internal procedures
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, including data security and access control.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company’s IT environment.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant majors
- 1-2 years of IT-related work experience (IT Helpdesk/IT Support)
- Knowledge of IT operating systems, mainly Windows (Linux knowledge is an advantage)
- Experience in network management and help desk support
- A person with smooth communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Must have the ability to adapt quickly
