1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process
- – Developing and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines
- – Implementing various sourcing techniques to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner such as but not limited to cold-calling, internet, research firms, user groups
- – Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- – Coordinating with the hiring managers in line with the recruitment requirements
- – Overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment operations

- – Administer and process HR-related documentation
2. Employee Management:
- – Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- – Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- – Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- – Undertake tasks around performance management
- – Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- – Administer compensation and benefit plans
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
- – Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the similar field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
