JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • – Drive re-enrollment by providing strategic guidance and proactive follow-ups.
  • – Maintain accurate customer records in Freshsales CRM for effective follow-ups.
  • – Analyze feedback to refine sales strategies and improve student retention.
  • – Plan and execute personal sales targets with clear tracking and adjustments.
  • – Work closely with Operations teams to meet sales and retention goals.
  • – Proactively solve problems and improve processes for better efficiency.
  • – Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
  • - Proficient in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is an advantage
  • - Experience in sales, customer service, or student support.
  • - Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • - Goal-oriented with the ability to plan and achieve targets.
  • - Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
  • - Experience with CRM systems (Freshsales is a plus).
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
