RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Prepare and deliver the contract with related parties

·         Take and distribute accurate messages.

·         Provide support in a variety of capacities, which may include office supplies, equipment, booking internal sound records management, office maintenance services

·         Booking stationery, office stuff

·         Manage general administrative duties (faxing, filing, copying, phone calls, meal booking, necessity booking)

REQUIREMENTS
·         At least 1 year in any position.

·         Good with numbers.

·         Proficient in MS Office – Excel (mandatory), Word, PowerPoint

·         Communication skills and positive thinking and attitude

·         High responsibility.

·         Team player.

·         Can read documents/contracts in English

·         Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
