Job Description
Search for potential customer information via Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Alibaba, import-export groups, and other suitable channels.
Collect, classify, and update customer data into the CRM system or management file.
Contact customers according to the assigned list.
Introduce and consult on the Company’s services, including:
Vietnam – China freight transportation.
Customs declaration.
Door-to-Door shipping.
Sourcing services in China.
Receive initial customer requirements and transfer the information to the person in charge of sales.
Assist in preparing quotations according to available templates; track quotation status and update results.
Assist in drafting contracts, quotations, and related business documents.
Monitor order processing progress and assist in answering basic customer inquiries.
Update information on new services to customers.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
