Mô tả công việc

  • Check-in and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes, including issuing key cards and processing payments.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and recreational activities.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with related departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
