Mô tả công việc
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails/chats to engage prospects and introduce our services.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for prospective engagement.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leaders.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into opportunities.
- Assist in creating and refining sales materials and presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- 3rd or 4th year students or fresh graduates majoring in Economics, International Business, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IELTS >=6
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Agile to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Resilient, proactive and creative
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred or can learn later)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
